Great to see some Georgist content here, absolutely agree LVT and UBI are a natural pair. Another way I’ve framed their coexistence is that it means anyone using more than their equal share of land (or other common resources) pays those using less than their share for the privilege. In practice this creates a very progressive system, where the masses are paid by large individual and corporate landowners.
